Apple crumble easy recipe. The apple crumble cake is  a very quick and super easy traditional apple pie! We do not even need the rolling pin to spread the dough, cause we can do everything with our hands! Choose ripe and juicy apple and follow the recipe!


For the crumble
400g flour
150g sugar
120g Butter
2 eggs
16 g baking powder

For the filling
2 Large apples
80g sugar
Juice of a lemon


Pour the flour into a bowl, add the sugar and the baking powder. Mix well and add two eggs. Then add  the butter at room temperature.

Now continue to mix with your hands and fingers to make the crumble. At the same time you have to be sure to combine well all the ingredients.

In a pan, prepare the filling. Peel and dice two large apples. Pour them into a pan along with sugar  and the juice of a lemon.

Bring on the fire and let cook 4-5 minutes stirring constantly.

Take a round cake mold 26 cm in diameter. On the bottom place a disk of baking paper. Pour half of the crumble to cover the base, press gently with your hands and in the same way also form the edges.

Then pour the filling and spread it with a spoon.

Finally pour the rest of the crumble trying to uniformly cover all the apples.

Bake at 180°C /356° F  for 35-40 minutes.

After cooking, the apple crumble will be golden on the surface. Let it cool completely, then remove the cake from the cake mold and place it on a plate.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and this delicious apple crumble is ready! Just cut a nice slice and taste! The cake is really good, it remains soft and moist inside and the contrast with the pastry is a real delicious.
